I barely have 4 days tym when i went to the univ the B.Tech examination cell it was Hell..You have to pay money to get your transcripts signed by CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION.The officers outside will charge 200 rupees for the work they done.I dont have money and i gave 100 rupees but she said it wont come for the 100 rupees go n get 200 rupees r else get out.I do have some change left in my pockets. gave it to her n took my TRANSCRIPT.When i was about to leave isaw a man who is waiting for his OD n asked him about his matter said that he deposited Rs.4000 for his OD.He said if u want ur OD with in 2 months u have to pay 500 n within 15 dys it costs around 2500 n with in 2 days its 5000.I was schoked to hear this

I was telephoned by the constable in the nearest police station to report for the passport verification process. Once all the formalities were completed , the person in charge there sheepishly asked me to take care of his 'chaai-pani' (in short asked for a bribe of 100 bucks per form submitted) .
I promptly denied and walked away from the office. However, this did not deter him from following me all along and insisting that I pay him. When I asked whether this was some additional charge and whether he will be giving me any acknowledgement receipt for this money , he promptly explained me that they pay from their own pockets when they calls the applicants personally. I simply smiled and offered to pay the Rs.1 of the telephone call he made. Finally I walked off and he let me... because he realized that he wasn't going to pull this off.
Anyways it was just a loss of 100 bucks to him as compared to the thousands he earned from the other applicants who happily catered to their 'chai-paani' needs !

I applied for fresh passport for my parents (both of them were govt employee), the police personnel demanded Rs.2500 to clear the verification, he said otherwise i would have to come to police verification in front of his senior boss on a specific day, provide list of documents...i understood if i don't give him money he will not clear the file. And finally i had to pay him the asked amount.

I feel very helpless, how can i trust police system, the own people who are supposed to protect my country will not hesitate to compromise the security of country for their own benefits.

Everything should be done online and should have citizen charter for all jobs.
