I was driving my Honda City from Karol Bagh towards Gurgaon on 8th June 2013 around 6:00 P.M. and I was stopped by two police personnel on their yellow motorcycle near ASA RAM Ashram next to Rabindra Rangshala. One Police personnel left with the motorcycle and the other one named Balwant Singh asked for my papers of the car. As I had all the papers he said I was having commercial goods in the car and I will be fined for Rs. 2000/- I told him that I had just two Tyres of my SUV but he kept on insisting that I had to pay fine (though he was not from traffic police). I asked him to hold on and opened my Ipad and connected to the traffic police site, where the fine was just Rs. 100/- only and that too for commercial use not for personal use.

As he was not from traffic police and was just trying to extract Rs. 1000/- he got pissed as he had no right to ask for traffic challaan. Finally his other partner returned and they both left on their motorcycle.

I lost my I Card.I went to Bistupur Police Station Jamshedpur to do a FIR against my lost IGNOU I Card.First the police man(not in uniform,wearing spectacles and have a hearing aid on his left ear) take near about half an hour to read my 10 line document.Then he pass it to the other police man and that police man re-certified that it is Ok.Again he return back the paper to the first policeman.He put a seal to that paper and very short sign.And he return back the paper and when i asked for FIR number he ask me straight way Rs.200.I deny to provide him the money.He told me come after 3 days then you will get it . Then i though if i will not bribe him i will get the harassment. I ,myself felt guilty to provide the policeman Rs.200 but there was no other alternative for that point of time.After paying Rs.200 ,I got the FIR no within minutes.

Was caught for rash driving by traffic police. He took my license and told me to collect it from RTO.
Next Day in RTO Office - officer asked me do u want to pay the fine? Then we have to put a red mark on your license. After 3 red marks your license will be cancelled and you have to again apply for new license.
The amount that I need to pay for rash driving was Rs.400+ but I paid Rs700 and that too without receipt and any red mark.
