I want to say that i lodged a police complain today(05/05/2013) at sonari (jamshedpur) police station , but before I could explain the matter to police in charge they proactively asked us to submit the the complaint and told me that they will look into the matter after 2 or 3 days and also didn't provide us the receiving of the lodged complaint, which is weird.Sir, I just want to say that in sonari police station there are some officers who knows the person about whom i lodge the complaint very well and because of his influence they are not taking my complaint seriously.Kindly look into this matter and see if you could help me, as the local police station behavior shows that only powerful and VIP's person complains are taken seriously in the police station, I am also attaching the copy of lodged complaint along with this email.Hope that you will help me in this matter.

This is to report a scam where a PAN Card Agency is charging Rs 500-1000 in name of easy PAN Card without Documents and then not returning any status/PAN Card or Money.

I paid a bribe of Rs 500 (over the Rs 96 fee for New Pan Card)

Unique Associates PAN Service Centre, Plot No. 3870,Rangpuri Mahipalpur and office at Goushala Road, Kishangarh is charging Rs 500-1000 for New PAN Card without Documents.

A domestic house help was in need of a valid ID proof and sadly, our system didn't have a system for such ID Proof. Wanted to get a PAN Application for ID and Banking proof. In absence of any valid ID available for HouseHelp, i saw Advt and approached Vijay Kumar (Unique Associates/Mob:9582074137) for guidance. He told me that for Rs 500-1000 he can get PAN Card without any documents.
He even returned my Residence Address Proof for application. He said, in UTI, money can get your work done.

But after depositing the form with him on April 5th'13, i got a Coupon No on April 10th'13.Post same, nothing has moved and upon followup, he redirected to some UTI Processing Executive called Ashutosh (Mob:9718414406)
UTI office confirmed No Receipt of such application form.

Strongly suspect some Scam/Fraud in which money is collected and then no documents are processed.

My Father had retired from UP Irrigation Dept and was drawing his pension from Chief Treasury Officer Ghaziabad. We lost him in Dec 2012 after short illness. We are residing in Bangalore and my mother came to stay with us after my Father's demise. We were not sure how easy or difficult it will be to get her Family Pension payment initiated.

However, we met the Chief Treasury officer on 21 Apr 2013 and the Family Pension along with arrears was credited to her account by the time we reached back on 01 May 2013.

Total time spent in getting the Family Pension processed was 6-8 Hrs (This includes the delay caused at the Syndicate Bank (where Pension Account is held) rather then the Treasury Office).

I was extremely surprised to see traffic police harassing people and collecting ransom even on Sunday when there is hardly any traffic or rush to justify such unreasonably behavior. Remember, I have requested the certificate with the true birth date mentioned in my SSC based on which my entire studies, service is going on! They kept on postponing for more than 40 days. One of my friend introduced me to a local (ACN) TV Channel reporter saying that the reporter is reliable person to get it done. This TV reporter in fact is also a cheater. i have reported the matter orally to MRO who is also corrupt! Ultimately ended up in paying Rs; 15000/- at different occasions in order to avoid unnecessary delay.

We were already exhausted, as we were busy in arranging documents required for admission, and it was a night journey on the train and wanted a berth for me and my father travelling on the train.

The TC was upset when i gave a bribe of 40 rupees, and rejected my request outright for a confirmation of berth. Then i had to wait to get some time to get some of his time, and offer 150 to get an RAC confirmation for half the journey time, and a bribe to a second TC for the second of the journey time.
