Builder has a deal with a person in registrar office
they have fixed 13K bribe to register a flat.
without bribe - things won move furthur.

Out of 32 flats, 8 ppl were called that day - and they made 8 * 13K = 1.02Lac in just 2hr for a set of our flats. Like this many others also had come - their bribe range was different.
they demand bribe to forward any letter to the principle secretary, irrigation - even the PA of secretary Anita is involved - may be secretary - who knows ??
I paid Rs. 2000 thru an agent in the Kunrathur registrar office. The document provided by the HDFC Bank was wrong & since I went through an agent the joint sub registrar (A.J.George) didnt even bother to look into it. For name sake he asked me to go back to the bank to get it rectified but since the agent asked the George, he pretended to hesitate and then he signed the documents...
We paid Rs.1000 for police verification of a passport application, otherwise they were not ready to give verification, which would block the procedure.
I work in pune from last 8 years and bought a second hand swift from Indore MP. Since I am from rajasthan, it was very difficult for me to get my swift registered here and ultimately ended up payng bribe of almost 7000 INR to get my work done through agent.
My Dada is a retired govt teacher and he had paid at least 2000 over span of 1-2 years to forward his pension file.....plus lots of trip to his office.....that bastard clerk....
My bike got stolen, initially police was creating nuisance in filing an FIR, then i found some higher authority's approach to get that done, later when it came to insurance company, the inspection agent not even once came to my area to inquire about the theft, asked me to get the documents done which later on i got to know were his responsibilty, and even charged me Rs 1000 to give a clearance report.
I have put very very light colored films on the car windows. They were put way before the rule was implemented by the government. The only reason was to cut down the heat a little bit in the car. No other reason, and the transparency being more than 70%. Anyway... laws are laws. Since the implementation of the rule to keep the glass transparent, I have paid bribe numerous times.
The guys stopped me at Nehrunagar Circle in Ahmedabad. It was easy to bribe him as he told me, 'pay 200 Rs. now or deal with the boss'. Boss was sitting in the shade surrounded by a few other khakhi guys.
