I am Hindu,I was married with one Muslim girl last 2 months back on aryasamaj,with that certificate we approached the police because her parents filed missing case on her. and blocked her bank account .By seeing that certificate and with her statement police leaved us.But her parents didn't withdraw that missing case filed for her.We approached SI of that station but still that si has been telling that "the case has not closed till her parents will withdraw that missing case and bank account also"..So from this we are decided to register our marriage legally by govt of AP.is this possible to get marriage certificate? if yes how ?is there any problems because of that unclosed missing case?what is the process to close that case?

please give me advice.

i reside in khar mumbai. i had applied for a fresh passport at psk lower parel, after 3 rounds for silly documents they demand finally got approved and next step police verification, which as said at psk police will come to ur place in ten days, no police came nor no call for a month after which i went to enquire about it, then the constable incharge{mr gautankar 9870459253} told tht u hv to come n enquire we dont come. then again a few days gone then he demanded 500 rs to pass the file which after giving also there is no responce yet from any department. i think department wants more. i dnt understantd y they want money to do the assined job????

I said him that this is not the right thing but he said, you have to give otherwise verification will not be completed. I am a student so i started bargaining that guy and at last they took 500/-. After two days they call me for further document submission and asked me half a liter alcohol as bribe which i strictly oppose.

I visited the Mahadevpura police station after receiving a message from a police officer to come for address verification of my passport received

I visited the Mahadevpura police station after receiving a message from a police officer to come for address verification of my passport received under Tatkaal. There after submitting all the relevant documents the officer upfront asked for fees. I paid Rs 200 and he just pocketed the money and asked me to get xerox of one more document the next day. The next day when I visited with the xerox he just looked at it and sent me back without even collecting the xerox. Its so frustrating to keep running around for these guys who just want to sit in one place and take bribe.
