I am a fresh graduate and wanted to start trading company with getting investor. So tried to register new company- as I wish to follow everything go by book. When I approach Coimbatore(TN) company registration office, they asked me to pay 5000 to 10000 Rs bribe to simply register the company. When I went with all required paper, they asked to go and do business without registration initially.

They said registering is complicated and if we do more than 10 lakh only we should think about register etc. This is totally discouraging signs.

Wish to check these kind of people and Public money Salaried Govt people will work for what they are salaried by people for people.

Thanks a lot for reading this. Hope someone will take some action regarding this and I pray God to become our country get rid of these corrupted people and become stronger
