I was asked to pay a bribe of 100000

Since I hold a b khata property, when approached BBMP they told there is no approval for B khata. They will approve the plan for A Khata. On Saturday, they demanded me to pay 100000 as bribe. Or else they told they will stop the work happening in the building.
