NO bribes...no touts...just patience
I had come down to Bangalore for my summer internships. My family is based in Bangalore. My brother and I were tired of renewing our learner's permit every time so we decided to apply for driver license. he was all in favour of paying Rs.3000 per license. However having wandered through the corridors of the Koramangala RTO i was confident of getting the license with no extra costs. Two visits to the RTO and Rs 400 got both of us our licenses.
