Bribe for no reason

Actually I didn't pay it directly but went through an driving school in tambaram. We cannot tell what they did was false.. Because each official in the tambaram rto are big fat bribed animals... If you are going privately for the license test or for the llr test, you will not be respected at all. As an officer of the government of India it is their duty to clarify the doubts of a citizen... Instead they insult for not bribing... I went for the llr on my own and I was delayed in getting it.... And the even more shameful act is the llr test paper was sold in a xerox shop outside the premises of the tambaram rto.... After this when I asked my friends on their experiences in the same rto... They said it is best to bribe them as they will delay more than this for the license test... I had no other option other than to pay it in my nearby driving school.. They openly asked for the bribe of 1200... I am yet to attend the test.. The signing authority in the tambaram RTO is the culprit... As a responsible citizen of my country and as a person I wish for a corroption free India... I didn't know what to do as I felt my hands were tied... Then I searched for bribe, this web site showed up..... Please don't leave him per day he signs for about 50 persons minimum.... Please do something
