Its was early in the morning. He asked me to pay Rs 1080 and ain't have the receipt immediately. I was just leaving the counter and he gave me the receipt and I couldn't check since I was rushing to my train. When I reached my destination I was surprised, the receipt was only for Rs 980. I checked with Kochi railway officers and they confirmed that its only 980. Please identify that idiot and ensure he won't do this with anyone
