Aadhar card enrolment center demanding money
Respected Sir/madam
I would like to bring to your notice that I am in Raipur, Chattisgarh. I went to the aadhar card center at Veer savarkar nagar for enrolling my father's details (who happens to be a government employee) at the address mentioned below:

I was told to buy the form for Aadhar enrollment for Rs. 10 and then I was told to pay Rs. 50 for enrollment charges by Mr. Ashwani Singh who is the owner of this center. When I told him that the Aadhar enrollment is free, he told me to come at 7.30 AM in the morning to submit the documents and pay Rs. 25 for the same. I am extremely sorry to say that when everywhere it is mentioned that Aadhar enrollment and form is free, then why is the enrollment centers charging money. Please guide me as to where I should go to enroll for my Aadhar UID. I await your reply urgently.
