Asking for bribe for issuing the new birth cirtificate
My father is going to municipal office kaithal haryana since 2 months for getting the birth certificate of my brother. but every time they were giving different excuses for that. now they are saying ki "cmo tak paisa khilana padta hai". My father is 65 years old and not well, still he is going there every time whenever they call. now we are fed up with all these. please help us sir.
