Corruption Practiced by Erragadda Depot at HMWS&SB.

This is regarding the Water Tanker Booking dated May 14, 2012, CAN No. ******* (Vishambar ********** Pasari). We received a message that the request was registered with Token No. 3724 and Pin No. 3249 and were assured that the Tanker would be sent in the next 10 hours. On May 15, 2012 we were reported via message that the request was solved and hence, the tanker was delivered. However, it was not delivered at our residence and we reported the matter to the concerned authorities at Ph No. 155313.
Meanwhile we visited HMWS&SB at 10am, we were assured that the tanker will be delivered at 12pm. We came back and at around 3pm we got the message that the tanker has been delivered. But it was not so. When we contacted 155313, they said they will look into the matter seriously. After four hours, around 7:30 pm, when we approached Erragadda Office and enquired, their response showed that they were lying. When we enquired about the delivery, they said Mr. Ramulu has done all this and they showed ignorance on the issue.
After thoroughly checking our issue, we found that the bookings were tampered and an amount of Rs 200 per tanker extra were taken from the customers who were coming directly and making thousands of rupees per day thereby, making genuine customers suffer at the cost of corruption. We sincerely urge you to check the corrupt practices of the officials and the staff of the concerned authorities because the country will not prosper if corruption begins even in the basic amenities of life. Water, being the basic necessity if supplied without corrupt practices will be truly appreciated. Looking forward to a proper response.
