Custom officials at Mumbai ask for bribes despite numerous complaints

I came to Mumbai via emirates flight Ek 508, the custom officials, in particular MR. MP Dahiwale were openly asking people for money. In front of me they told a person with a DSLR that if he didn't pay up they would charge him 60,000 for custom duty. The guy brought a bill from his home for the camera and then they said that the bill doesn't have a signature (it was an online shopping transaction with bill).
Also, they let a ********** lankan saree trader get buy with at least 30-40 new sarees after extorting around 2,500 from him.
