Lets not pay! Lesson learnt from my father.

To get the community certficate for my son, the local Tahsildhar asked for a lot of money. My father made sure that he will not give him the money. He rather took the issue to Collector. He had to visit the collector for atleast 5 times and the whole process took a year. But we had success. The tahsildhar gave the certificate atlast.

I am not happy about this but I do appreciate my 70yr old father's perseverance.
