MODus operandi
Went to the Domlur BDA to register submission of title deed to the bank. Had a cover letter from the bank addressed to the Sub-registrar -- but no location was mentioned. I was asked to get initial from the person who sits in the hallway. When I went to him he leafed through the pages and said the letter is not addressed properly as no location is mentioned. So I wrote "Indiranagar" and gave it back to him. Then he said you are not supposed to write this. Now go to the bank and get this change stamped. It was clear that he was not happy that there were no notes left in the pages of application. Anyways I asked around as to who the senior officer was in that office and was directed back to this person sitting in the hallway. So I talked loudly with my friend who had come along as a witness about AAP and Yelahanka BDA office incident. After a few minutes I went back to this guy and this time he initialed and the process moved. Lastly I had to pay a fee of Rs.245 and I handed him a Rs 500 note. He took it and he didnt give the change back. I stood for a few minutes but he would not look up. Then I left thinking that I have given to a beggar.
