My preparedness paid me

I had taken up a challege to obtain passports for my twin daughters without middleman. However its an impossible task in case of hyd passport office. I made up my mind to face so much of frustration on my way. I went fully prepared with all the relevant documents handy e.g multiple documents to support address, etc. I left no gap or chance for the window clerk to find a mistake on my side. My applications and the supporting documents were properly arranged with no single mistake. The window clerk still found one thing i.e my name on pan card was in first-middle-last format and on birthcert it was first-last. Its normal practise in Maharashtra to write in such a way. The clerk insisted the names not matching, she can not accept the applications. I kept on convincing her for 30 mins at the window. At last she accepted after talking to all other clerks.
