No Bribe you suffer like my family did and I am too.

I am engaged in an legal eviction matter in Goa. My family has won the suit as well as the appeal in the civil court. The persons staying the house has used a local law called the Mundkar act and filed a case in the local court with the mamladar. My family's initial appeal to have this case dismissed failed as the Mamladar based his order on a previous judgement but his order contradicted the previous judgement. The result was that the accused have taken 7 years to file evidence. The case is nearing to 15 years and not yet complete. The eviction has a stay until the mamladar gives the decision. ANY GUESSES WHY....................I never paid the bribe maybe the other part did hence we are suffering.
