Police asking for money from street vendors

Dear Reader,

I am a resident of BTM layout 2nd stage, I was troubled by the cops just by asking them why they were troubling the poor vendors.
I see the cops asking money form the street vendors . Area BTM layout, NS palya
The cops vehicle start their daily trip around 9.30 pm.They ask money from all the vendors and the hotels which are open at that time.This happens daily , every day .They also thrash the vendors who don't pay. If you want to see this day to day incident, Whom ever assigned to this case . Please come over to BTM layout 2nd stage from foodays then the vehicle goes towards right and then they reach the four way junction then take a left... collect money from all the vendors after that they go to NS palya and Amrudh bar Road.. They beat up the guys who dont pay .This is not an ONE day incident.This happens daily!! Please do something about it. I pity on the poor vendors who pay 5 rs , 10 rs on a daily basis.. Every one has to pay ..

I have posted this is many social sites, no actions has been taken.
