Ration card department has outsorced their work to few peoples. I went to apply for new ration card. That person asked for Rs. 200/- even if all the legal docs are with me. I asked for receipt, he said he can give legaly receipt of Rs. 22/- then I refured to pay Rs. 200/-. Had argument. Then that person said I will not accept your form.
Can any body help me in this matter.
