Thrown out of house by mother and mediaperson sister with pregnant wife and Child for not getting dowry by mother and mediaperson sister

I was staying at my family house with my 4 month pregnant wife and my daughter as my daughter was recovering from a rare case of acute torticolis. Around the same time My mother had illegally gifted our family home to my younger sister without the consent of all the legal heirs which includes me which was not known to me. My Sister was a senior media person and she harassed our lives when we were staying at my house which included locking us in at night. Not allowing us to use the english toilet, keeping blinking lights on all the night, Not allowing to repair the indian toilet which was choked up. Breaking our food containers. Not allowing us to cook in the house. All this we bore as we had no where to go as my daughter was slowly recovering. We had to sleep in the living room and all our things were kept in the living room. Then one day when I was out of the house and my wife had gone out with my daughter, they took all my belongings and kept it outside my office and called me and told me that our things were kept outside my office which is in a residential area.

I approached the local police station and they refused to file an FIR unless I paid a bribe. I had to settle for a NC which is useless for me to pursue the issue..
