Bharath gas ********** agency cylinder reception problem

Any one who is a customer of ********** gas agency, dooravani nagar kr puram will cry a similar story.
1. They dont pick up calls
2. You are forced to go their office atleast twice or thrice to get a cylinder. Most of the time it takes about 45 days.
3. When you go to their office, they will ask for your consumer number and say you will get the cylinder in 3 days time. They will write down your consumer number in a notebook. But nothing will happen.
4. They tell, bill has been dispatched. but delivery guy says no.
5. delivery guy demands 435Rs (30 Rs more). Otherwise he will threaten, next time onwards you will have to fetch the cylinder from the godown yourself.
6. When requested for additional cylinder you are forced to purchase some useless non stick items etc... from them. They dont provide bills for other things. They cooly say you can contact anyone, even officials from ********** petroleum get a share of bribe money you are paying. You can even approach a minister, nothing will happen says their representative/ manager.
