HOW 2 GET A DL WITHOUT A BRIBE IN RTO KORAMANGLA

my son has a LL but i dont wnt to pay a bribe for a DL.. but in RTOs u hav to go to the touts who run a 'driving school' and charge Rs 3000.00 for a DL. in case u go thru them it is smooth sailing. but in case u want to run against the system the RTO chap will fail u in the test on some silly reason.. while all that the 'customer of the driving school will be asked to do is to turn the right indicator on.. then the left indicator on.. and he will pass..
How do u get around d SYSTEM... by paying a bribe ??
