I booked 4 tickets on IRCTC with my login, I filled in all details
I booked 4 tickets on IRCTC with my login, I filled in all details of 4 person from mumbai CST to Pune via Deccan Queen, also made the payment but their is no PNR number generated and my account got debited with the amount which was shown on the IRCTC site. ( No clues that my tickets are booked or not )
Please suggest on this part, how can i get my tickets or is their any way to get the payment back or any idea if my tickets are available.
