My license is originally made by Chandigarh transport authority and it was renewed once in visakhapttnam ( andhra pradesh ). Now it is about to expire. I presently reside in haryana. Licensing authorities are asking me to get NOC from visakhapatnam for the renewal of my license. For me its not possible to go to visakhapatnam at this stage . Kindly guide what should i do ?
