Sir someone pick pocketed my phone while getting on the bus,as the bus driver dint stop the bus(bmtc) so i could'nt catch the thief...but when i went to lodge an fir against this the subinspector told me that they couldnot report my complain, and they blamed me that all this happend dur to my negligence and they behaved very rude to me.....as i am a student so i coulnot do anything...i have insurance for that fir is must so plz help me out of this fast
