Travelling on NH4 from Mumbai to Kolhapur and back we get chocolates and candies on tolls for change of small amount such as Rupee 1 to Rupee 5. The amount is small but the big picture we got to see is is it legally right to give away other things instead of money, if so I would really like to pay all the tolls in similar pattern. Instead of selling things on quicker and other sites I would prefer to give it away on tolls.
The chocolates and candies are obviously bought on whole sale bases and are exchanged instead of money; and those small amount together accumulated is used by the toll operators for personal interests, and its obviously not for the good of society in general.
I hope I have made my point through, and expect that it this malpractice would come to halt in near future.
