BSNL complaint solved without bribe
For BSNL's initial connection we had to pay bribe and everytime there is a repair in my landline I need to wait for long to get that rectified and above all each time I need to bribe for their "Service" !.
But last few times this link (http://pgportal.gov.in/) helped me solve issues without bribe , Would like to thank all who made this happen and helping many like me.
