While everyone obtained Katha by bribing the officials of Seegehalli Panchayat, in Kadugodi, Whitefield, Bangalore, I decided not to fall a prey. I had to submit a whole lot of documents others had not done, go to the Panchayat Office a few times and wait for over two months I was issued Katha without paying a single paisa. I, however, had a message that I should not mention this to anyone.
