I applied for Khata Transfer + certificate by myself, last year May 2011. From that time I only paid that much for which i had a receipt. 23rd of June 2012, I collected my Subarna Khata certificate, and extract. Its a manual copy. with all seal and signatures. ~ net net , need to have patients and keep going and following them up. I dont want to name the good man (others will bit him up), but he never asked me to come another day if he is there. I have to sit for 30 min to 1 hr at times. That revenue officer never asked me any money, even after i asked him indirectly many a times.
