To get a signature of sub registrar he took the bribe of 14000 rupees from me and another 14000 rupees from my friend. Both of us registered 34*20 area of whole 34*40 plot located at Lakshmipuram near Abbigere Bangalore. The bribe to sub registrar was executed by the mediator who is real estate person and whole of registration process is carried out by the mediator. On 10th March 2014 we gave the money and same day property registration done. The sub Registrar was nearing his retirement and wanted to collect as much money which he can get.
I don't know the name of the sub registrar but though I was graduate and in no way I would have agreed to bribe that to be after Anna Hazare agitation but I have to gave up because of trouble in getting a property registration. Almost 5-8 days, mediator troubled and I was behind him putting leave to office and felt bribe will be cheaper than what my those days earnings.
I felt ashamed of myself after giving bribe and I curse the bribe taker till today.
