We had taken loan from a bank in my town , they asked for mortgage registration. so we went to Registration office for the registration, we had all the documents and link documents also.. they asked for the survey number of the house, we don't know that... so we had asked a person there for the survey number and we had note ig down on the paper...but they didn't accept that.. they asked for a certificate from surveyor... 20 minutes later a broker came and said that if you give 2000Rs your work will be done quickly... I resist my dad to give 2000 rs to the broker...but my father didn't hear my words, because he is in tension... when we gave 2000 Rs they didn't ask for anything...simply stamped on our papers and said your work is over...I'm shocked... The registrar earns 20000 by bribe everyday in the days of real estate boom...per month he will earn 300000...

all the stamp vendors around my town registration office had dealings with the sub registrar and giving commisions to him... I can not do anything against them because they very influenced and they will not leave us....
