Local officiers at Mayaganahalli revenue office did not hand over the forms until Rs.17000 was paid in bribe (negotiated down from Rs.30000). Paid directly to the person handling the ledger but was negotiated by the presiding officers. Can provide names.

Further at the time of registration in Ramanagara Sub-Registrar's office, a bribe of Rs.35000 was paid to complete in the registration.
