Bribe by all concerned officer for registration

• Registration of Flat or Apartment
• Paid INR 500

Bangalore Rajajinagar sub-registrar office. No file will move without giving 100-200 rupees for each officer. They ask and take bribe openly. even to get a encumbrance certificate i paid 100 rupees. I resisted it but due to time restriction I had a pay. I live abroad and had to get the work done and go back to UK soon.
