I was in my bank i was unaware about parking spots so i by mistake parked in no parking point when i came out of a bank my bike was locked with a big ring and a guy from pickup came and said to turn my bike on he sat on my bike and told me to go a bit further and stop as we moved ahead and stopped he told me that when you park in no parking the charge is high but it can be done in 200.....i thought i dont see any government official with them i think they have developed a business like this.
