I worked in Kasturba Hospital I left my job after 1year 9months of service after giving due notice I had to leave Delhi .I wanted my experience certificate before I left so I gave bribe to Mr Anil in the office on 11 september 2014 but later I found out he was taking 6000 for the same so he has still not given my certificate Also my arrears were also due the paperwork has already been initiated but I do not have any hope of getting that money too.without a bribe
