Hi,
I am in to construction and had my project completed. Its 4 units and had applied for new connection. The AE of TNEB demanded 15000rs per meter totalling 60,000rs which i paid.
I had to do this because i sold the flats and the purchasers had to occupy and i had no other go.
All the other builders had similar problem and it seems they have fixed a rate for bribe too for each new meter.
