Hello,
I appeared for my driving examination on 28th November 2014. To begin with timeliness is not a quality that can be expected in any government organization and the transport department is no exception. We reported to the Electronic city RTO on 28th November at 8.30. The officials started flowing in at about 10. Finally we were taken for the driving test at 11.00 PM. The inspector finally graced us with his presence at 12 PM. All of us present there cleared the test. However post the test we were made to shell out Rs 100. We all had paid for the driving license separately. This Rs 100 was taken by the agents and finally the tally with the money was handed over to the officials. When asked about the reason for this extra money an agent replied with a smirk "Sir if we dont pay this the inspector would not have agreed to test any of you".
