I was Not wearing helmet was my mistake. He caught me at the middle of the signal and parked the bike side. i agreed to pay 100 Rs Fine but infront of me one lady police who is not able to ride bike is struggling without helmet. He just smiled at her and left her without catching. I just stopped myself by paying Rs 100 and argued with him to fine the lady police without helmet. He gave a harsh reply by saying that they are department people and if you talk much i will call crime branch and fine you 500 Rs.
