Bribed Fire officer, to get approval to redevelop dilapted building
There are 1000 clauses and procudures if you want to redevelop your old building which is in a very bad state,. At every stage you have to bribed to get your file cleared, inspite of not a single mischief in the plan. First bribe the Mhada officer to get area certificate which ranges from 2 lacs to 5 lacs at varoius level.
Than bribe to get the FSI sanctioned, which is somewhere from 500 to 600Rs per extra square feet sanctioned.(which is bomb money, atleast 20-30 lacs)
Than Traffic officer to get the traffice clearance for the project ( 50000 to 200000)
Proceed to Fire officer to get heigh clearance - (2000000-500000)
Than for IOD (2500000-4500000)
Commencement Certificate
Completion Certificate.
Here i am not even talking about any illegal work. This is what a genuine redevelope will have to go through if he has to make a building.
The cost of the project goes up by 5-6000 per sq feet, so but natural , will be sold at higher prices.
All these officers individually will be valued at 100-200 crores.
When will this stop?
