Last year we were forced to bribe to pay the property tax. When asked the reply was "If you want to pay property tax , u have to bribe us else you wont be able to pay it ". As we were in India for short period we had to pay them to get the tax paid. Now we are back in India. Hope we will be able to pay our property tax without bribing this year ...
