Bribeing BESCOM

I had to pay bribe to the BESCOM officer who had come to fix the line. I had paid my bill. But even after paying it the electric line had been disconnected. On repeated calling on the helpline number, the officer arrived. At last he connected the supply but not before pocketing in a sum of Rs 100.
