In this region one has to pay bribe for everything. if one wants to buy a rd 10 stamp paper,you have to pay rs 15 or 20.if you want to buy a property,you to pay bribe to get it registered.I one wants a electricity or water connection one has to bribe the official. if one wants a driving licence or to get it renewed , it would not be done without paying a bribe.I am not aware of a service which can be availed without paying a bribe.
