At the time of production of my new bike in Beltala motor vehicle…

At the time of production of my new bike in Beltala motor vehicle they asked me for 50 rs where as it's not chargeable. And as well as at the time of number plate they take 50rs it's there forcefully collection else the either crossed the document or fold it like a scrap. They just say give 50 rs as if it's legal nd we all must give else they say we won't receive our document.
