I have to go to DELHI for attending marriage of my friend and i have a ticket of RANCHI RAJDHANI from Ranchi to Delhi due to Minister and all my ticket has not confirm and after a long working day i dont have that much energy to travel upto delhi without a confirm seat so i approach to TTE and talk to them first they say me it is not possible than they ask me how much i can pay for a seat i ask them to guide me because i am new to delhi route they told me they will take 1500 rs and they will take me to delhi but they will provide me seat upto daltonganj and after a negotiation deal has been finalise in 1000 rs they told me not to share this and seat in B3 7,i go there and seat they given me a seat and i am thinking " MONEY MATTERS "
