I went to the sales tax office to include items to my cst certificate and the computer assistant asked me to meet the cto regarding the cst inclusion and the cto asked me some questions to know the nature of business on which i was engaged. He asked me to do the formalities that i was supposed to do. And i could understand only after a few seconds that the cto was asking for a bribe. I still haven't got the work done from them since there was some issues with the server of the website where he has to upload or register my commodities
