Bribe was demaded by clerk who finally issue the marriage certificate.
Actual chargs for M.C is 305.00 INR. Since I didnot have change I gave Rs.500.
He demanded for more when I refused to pay he gave me 100 Rs back. He kept 95Rupees with him as bribe.
Also he gave 100 rupees back to the other person who already voluntarily paid 195 as bribe for similar case.
