Demanded 2200 bribe for Power of Attorney *******

This happened in Nuzividu (as it is not there in list marked it as Vijayawada). Had to have a Power of Attorney registered in the name of my mother. The registration charges were 2000 and the registrar had demanded 2200 in bribe for the PoA. He demanded & openly said that the bribe is calculated per acre and it does not matter if it is land registration or PoA. I had to pay him the amount as i needed it
