I was asked to pay 2500/- for licence and 2600/- for car registration. Without a broker no one pays heed to you and you have to keep waiting or run here and there without accurate information. \
When I went with a broker, my licence and car registration took hardly 10-15 mins and i had to pay the above quoted amount. Had the govt officials were responsive and respected every individual, i wouldn't have to get these with the help of a broker. These people are good with brokers Seems like they have some mutual agreement.
