Maruti Driving School in NGEF Layout, Nagarbhavi took a 2000 Rs fee to give me the license (The actual cost of a license is some 50 Rs). This fee is not for driving classes, I didnt take any classes (I know this because the fee with classes is higher).
A person from the school sat next to me during the driving test and controlled the vehicle instead of letting me drive! He had some kind of arrangement with the RTO official present there. I'm sure the school guy paid the RTO officer a bribe.
